Customer called with an issue of mold and mildew after water damage. We treated all the carpeted areas with an anti microbial treatment. We lifted the carpet, removed and replaced the padding. We treated the carpet backing and carpet again. We steam cleaned the carpet and once again treated all the carpeted areas with anti microbial treatment.
